在3月1日以后,若想在京津冀、长三角、珠三角等区域新建火电、钢铁、石化、水泥、有色、化工等六大重污染行业以及燃煤工业锅炉项目,将面临更为严格的大气污染物排放标准。而这些领域内的现有项目,也将遵循更为严格的排放标准。环保部相关人士表示,将在重点控制区实施大气污染物特别排放限值,严格控制大气污染物新增量,倒逼产业结构升级和企业技术进步,使大气环境质量不断改善。
