在广东烟叶主产区,采用广东烟区分离的中等致病力青枯菌灌根接种方法,随机区组设计,3次重复,对65份烟草资源进行青枯病抗性鉴定。结果表明:从参试材料中,筛选出高抗青枯病的资源7份,分别为OX2028、岩烟97、CO176、C151、大叶密合、NC95、K730,病情指数在10.83~22.78之间,其中大叶密合为广东地方晒烟品种;中抗青枯病的资源10份,分别为RG-8、G28、K399、CO139、K326(系选)、中烟14、K346、RG-22、RG11、R-158,其病情指数在30.97~49.44之间。
In the main tobacco producing areas of Guangdong, 65 pathogenic tobacco cultivars were tested for their resistance to bacterial wilt by using the indirect pathogen inoculation method of R. solanacearum isolated from Guangdong tobacco area. The results showed that seven high resistant bacterial wilt resources were screened out from the tested materials, which were OX2028, Yanyan 97, CO176, C151, big leaf closely, NC95 and K730, respectively, and the disease index ranged from 10.83 to 22.78 Large leaves close to the local sun-cured tobacco varieties in Guangdong; 10 anti-bacterial wilt resources were RG-8, G28, K399, CO139, K326 (selected), tobacco 14, K346, RG-22, RG11 , R-158, the disease index between 30.97 ~ 49.44.
