20世纪90年代在美国广泛开展的STW改革促进了美国职业技术教育与培训的新发展。作为其中重要的参与主体,企业在STW改革的影响下开始树立全面和“情境化”的培训理念,不断地丰富和完善企业培训内容并积极与学校开展培训合作。美国STW改革对我国的企业培训在与高校建立信息共享平台、构建生涯导向的培训体系以及发挥政府的宏观政策导向作用等方面也有一定的借鉴和启示。
The STW reforms that have been widely conducted in the United States in the 1990s promoted the new development of technical and vocational education and training in the United States. As one of the important participants, the enterprises started to establish a comprehensive and “contextualized” training concept under the influence of the STW reform and constantly enriched and perfected their training contents and actively carried out training and cooperation with the schools. The STW reform in the United States also provides some reference and inspiration to China’s corporate training in establishing information sharing platform with universities, building a career-oriented training system and giving play to the government’s macro-policy orientation.
