为了及时了解区域经济的发展,掌握企业(用人单位)对机电一体化技术专业人才的岗位群、工作任务和需求情况,特对黑龙江地区企业的人才需求进行调查。通过对鸡西地区机电类企业的调研,可以看到:新型自动化设备、自动化生产流水线占据企业设备的绝大部分,传统机电设备只占很小的比例;进口设备比例大,国产设备比例小。与此相适应的是需要大量将机械和电子、自动控制技术等相结合,能在生产第一线的安装、调试、维护、运行和管理的复合型高技能人才。对专业建设和课程改革的几点思考:本专业企业的人才结构及来源;积极开展课程改革,突出技术应用能力;加大基础能力建设,丰富专业建设的内涵;加强就业指导,转变就业观念。
In order to keep abreast of the development of the regional economy and grasp the position of the company (employer) on the group of mechatronics technicians, their tasks and needs, it investigates the demand of talent in Heilongjiang enterprises. Through the research on mechanical and electrical enterprises in Jixi area, we can see that the new automation equipment and automated production lines occupy most of the enterprise equipment, and the traditional electromechanical equipment occupies only a small proportion; the proportion of imported equipment is large and the proportion of domestic equipment is small. In line with this is the need for a large number of mechanical and electronic, automatic control technology will be able to combine the production of the first line of installation, commissioning, maintenance, operation and management of complex high-skilled personnel. Reflections on professional construction and curriculum reform: the talent structure and source of the professional enterprises; actively carry out the curriculum reform, highlighting the ability of technology application; increase the basic capacity building, enrich the connotation of professional construction; strengthen employment guidance, change employment concept.
