教师专业化发展是教育研究的一个永恒话题,班主任作为教师中的一个特殊角色,它的专业化也成了教育研究中的焦点之一。本文从学校教育、班级建设、学生成长、家长沟通四个方面阐述班主任专业化的必要性;并从班主任专业化理念确立、专业化培训实施、科学评价机制健全三个方面提出了班主任专业化的路径。
Teachers’ professional development is an eternal topic in education research. As a special teacher in the teacher role, its specialization has also become one of the focuses of education research. This article elaborates the necessity of the specialization of headteachers from four aspects: school education, class construction, student growth and parents communication. It also puts forward the specialization of headteachers from three aspects: the idea of class teacher professionalization, the implementation of specialized training and the improvement of scientific evaluation mechanism path.
