做大做强旅游产业,是今后一个时期我省经济发展的重要任务。通过调查研究,我认为,要尽快做大做强旅游产业,全省上下必须进一步在认识上提高,在工作力度上加大,在措施上强化,在加快发展上做出努力。深化思想认识,增强做大做强旅游产业的责任感和紧迫感。要想做好旅游产业,我认为首先要正确认识旅游产业的重要地位和作用。旅游业是当今世界最具活力、最有发展前途的一个产业,在世界经济中占GDP的11%,已成为世界第二大产业。近几年我省旅游业对全省国民经济的贡献率越来越大,促进了产业结构调整,带动了相关产业和社会事业的发展,提供了大量的就业岗位。今后应把它作为一个支柱产业、主导产业、龙头产业来抓,充分发挥它在经济建设中的窗口作用、拉动作用和辐射作用,在全省尽快形成大旅游、大产业、大市场、大发展的局面。
