香菇病毒核酸和大多数其它食用真菌病毒核酸一样主要为双链 RNA(dsRNA)。对香菇菌丝样品进行病毒核酸电泳,结果表明感病香菇会呈现一条或多条特征带,而正常香菇不表现任何谱带,提出把这种特征带作为早期鉴别感病香菇的重要生化标记。同时,对同一品种感病的和正常的菌丝样品进行了同工酶研究。结果表明它们之间的酶谱存在差异,但随着感病程度强弱,这种差异性会发生变化。提出把同工酶标记作为早期鉴别的辅助性特征。
Mushroom virus nucleic acids, like most other edible fungal viral nucleic acids, are predominantly double-stranded RNA (dsRNA). The results showed that one or more characteristic bands appeared in the susceptible shiitake mushrooms, while the normal mushrooms did not show any bands, and this characteristic band was proposed as an important biochemical marker for early identification of the susceptible mushrooms. At the same time, the same variety of susceptible and normal mycelium samples were isoenzymes. The results showed that there are differences in their zymograms, but with the degree of susceptibility, this difference will change. Isoenzyme markers were proposed as early identification of supporting features.
