近年来,利用干细胞移植治疗视网膜损伤的研究进展迅速,不断取得令人鼓舞的成果。干细胞的来源多种多样,既有视网膜源性的,如Müller细胞、睫状体细胞等;也有非视网膜来源的,如胚胎干细胞、脑源性干细胞等。本文就近年来在种子细胞来源方面的研究进展作一综述。 In recent years, the use of stem cell transplantation for the treatment of retinal damage is rapidly progressing, and continue to achieve encouraging results.
