《英语课程标准》规定的基础教育各阶段学生英语应达到的能力要求,较以往注入了更多的英语文化内涵。因此,有效英语文化氛围的营造与创设,在很大程度上能促进和决定英语教学成果的取得,决定着能否将英语教学真正落实到语言教学中去,能否真正让学生获得所学英语的听、说、读、写的实际运用能力。为此,笔者在小学英语教学中进行了一些有益的实践:
