我们走进教室,看到的是整齐地坐在那里的学生,这会给我们一个表面印象:课堂的群体只是学生个体的简单相加,其实完全不是如此。这里,有五个值得注意的特点:(1)每个学生的课堂心态是随时变化的;(2)这样的心态变化直接影响学生的课堂行为;(3)如此变化在很大程度上受制于全班气氛,还受制于邻近学生之间的相互影响;(4)学生之间的亲疏程度各自不同,而且随时变化,从而在正负两方面影响学习效果;
When we walk into the classroom and see the students sitting neatly there, it gives us a superficial impression that the group in the classroom is merely a simple addition of individual students, which is not the case at all. Here are five noteworthy features: (1) Each student’s classroom mentality is subject to change; (2) Such changes in mindset directly affect students’ classroom behavior; (3) Such changes are largely governed by Class atmosphere, but also subject to the interaction between neighboring students; (4) the degree of mutuality between students are different, and changes at any time, thus affecting the learning outcomes in both positive and negative;
