带有圆周均布孔的盘类零件,在机械加工零件中是常见的。此类零件一般要求孔的位置度为。如采用划线钻孔工艺,往往不易达到要求,使其不能互换,甚至不能装配。为此,我厂自制了一种新型简易端齿分度盘。用其与组合夹具元件组成通用可调钻模,较好地解决了圆周均布孔的加工问题,而成本只及同规格商品分度盘的五分之一左右,尤其适合一般车间使用。图1中假想线即为这种钻模的典型形式。
Discs with evenly distributed holes on the circumference are common in machined parts. Such parts are generally required hole position degree. The utility model can be used to form a universal adjustable drilling die with the combination fixture components, which can well solve the problem of processing the evenly distributed holes in the circumference, and the cost is only about one fifth of the index plate of the same specification, which is especially suitable for general workshop use. The hypothetical line in Figure 1 is a typical form of this type of drill.
