应用非线性有限元方法研究了工艺参数对钢管双模拔制力的影响。对钢管双模拔制过程进行了模拟,分析了钢管轴向应力的分布。通过正交试验法研究了前模锥角、后模锥角、过渡圆弧半径、前模孔径、拔制速度工艺参数对钢管拉拔的影响,得到了最佳拉拔参数。利用极差分析与方差分析对正交试验结果进行了分析,并应用模拟试验证明了正交试验的有效性和可行性。
The nonlinear finite element method was used to study the influence of technological parameters on the biaxial drawing force of steel tube. The process of dual-mode pipe drawing was simulated and the distribution of axial stress in the pipe was analyzed. Through the orthogonal test, the influence of the former mold taper angle, the back mold taper angle, the transition arc radius, the front mold hole diameter and the drawing speed on the drawing of the steel pipe was studied. The optimum drawing parameters were obtained. The results of orthogonal test were analyzed by using range analysis and analysis of variance, and the validity and feasibility of orthogonal test were proved by simulation test.
