目的探讨腭部恶性肿瘤的临床特性、诊断与治疗。方法对吉林省肿瘤医院口腔颌面外科2000-2009年间收治的腭部恶性肿瘤96例进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例均行手术+放疗。有9例复发,4例在术后10个月～3 a死亡。3 a、5 a生存率分别为76.2%、61.5%。结论术前X线片、CT检查,术中冰冻切片有助于明确诊断。腭部恶性肿瘤通过根治性手术治疗预后较好,选择合理的术式治疗、手术配合放疗明显优于其他治疗方式。 Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of palatal malignant tumors. Methods Ninety-six cases of palatal malignant tumors admitted to Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Tumor Hospital of Jilin Province from 2000 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases underwent surgery + radiotherapy. There were 9 cases of recurrence, and 4 cases died after 10 months ~ 3 years. 3 a, 5 a survival rates were 76.2%, 61.5%. Conclusion Preoperative X-ray, CT examination, intraoperative frozen sections help to confirm the diagnosis. Palate malignant tumor by radical surgery has a good prognosis, choose a reasonable surgical treatment, surgery with radiotherapy was significantly better than other treatment.
