本文介绍了液氯贮槽的定期检验情况,对检验中发现的腐蚀凹坑的成因进行了分析,确认凹坑是由于与贮槽相连的液氯工艺管道安装时水压试验残留水分未完全清除所造成的,提出了对液氯贮槽安全防护的措施,以保证液氯贮槽的安全稳定运行,减少事故发生。“,”This paper introduced the periodic inspection situation of liquid chlorine tank, analyzed the causes of corrosion pits found in inspection, conifrmed that the corrosion pits were caused by the residual water without been completely removed after hydrotest of the process pipeline connected with liquid chlorine tank. In order to reduce the accident, some measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of liquid chlorine tank were put forward.
