本文基于对福建、浙江、江苏、上海等地9个种、51个疫霉菌株的分类研究结果,着重探讨疲霉属中烟草疫霉(phytophthora nicotianae)种内两个变种的划分,温度反应、脱落孢子囊孢囊柄长度等性状在种的鉴定中的作用,以及配对试验中交配菌株种的配对组合与藏卵器大小的关系。指出:单纯根据形态特征无法区分烟草疫霉的两个变种,因而不宜再使用P.nicotianae var.nicotianae和P.nicotianae var.parasitica这二个变种的名称;温度反应是一个不稳定性状,在种的鉴定中只能作为参考依据,菌丝最适、最低生长温度对种的鉴定作用不大;孢囊柄长度性状是稳定的,在种的鉴定中应受到重视。
