某地铁车体采用不同厚度和不同强度级别的SUS301L不锈钢薄板以搭接电阻点焊的方式焊接而成。对不锈钢电阻搭接点焊焊接接头进行受力模拟计算、硬度以及疲劳测试分析等,研究不锈钢搭接电阻点焊板厚以及板材强度级别对疲劳性能的影响。结果表明;板厚对试样抗疲劳性能影响大于板材强度级别对试样抗疲劳性能的影响;对于强度级别相同、板厚不同的试样,板越厚,抗疲劳性能越高;对于厚度相同、强度级别不同的试样,厚板侧厚度>1.5 mm时,板材强度级别高,疲劳强度高;厚板侧厚度≤1.5 mm时,板材强度级别高,疲劳强度低。
A subway car body with different thickness and strength of different grades of SUS301L stainless steel sheet by lap welding resistance welding.
