作者对自行设计的节流式电控喷油器进行了试验台试验和喷射过程的理论计算,分析了节流式电控喷油器的特点及其主要参数对喷射特性的影响,并实现了电控喷油器在柴油机上的实机运行。实验和理论分析表明节流式电控喷油器能满足电控柴油机对喷射器的要求并在改进喷射特性方面有较大的潜力。本文介绍的节流式电控喷油器的结构、参数选择、实验结果以及计算方法为今后柴油机应用节流式电控喷油器提供了设计依据和理论分析方法。
The author carried out the test bench test and the theoretical calculation of the injection process of the self-designed throttled electronic fuel injector, analyzed the characteristics of the throttled fuel injector and the influence of its main parameters on the injection characteristics, and realized Electronic fuel injection in diesel engine real machine operation. Experimental and theoretical analysis shows that the throttled electronic fuel injector can meet the requirements of electronically controlled diesel engine injectors and has great potential to improve the injection characteristics. The structure, parameter selection, experimental results and calculation methods of the throttled electronic fuel injector presented in this paper provide the design basis and theoretical analysis method for the future application of throttled electronic fuel injectors in diesel engines.
