涩北气田目前主要采用的低温分离和常温分离工艺,但部分气井及集气管线在生产运行过程中仍暴露出严重的堵塞问题。水合物是多年来困扰气田冬季生产的主要因素之一,为了找到更具有实用性的配套开采工艺技术,文章结合在气田开展的井下节流工艺试验的数据资料,简述了该工艺的基本原理,分析了该项工艺技术应用在改善水合物形成条件、提高气流携液能力、减少能耗、减少管线堵塞次数等多方面所取得的显著效果,对气田的开发具有一定的参考价值。
Currently, the Sebei gas field mainly uses low temperature separation and room temperature separation processes. However, some gas wells and gas gathering lines still expose serious blockage during production and operation. Hydrate is one of the main factors that have plagued winter production in gas field for many years. In order to find a more practical supporting mining technology, the article briefly describes the basic principle of this technology based on the data of downhole throttling process in gas field The application of this technique in gas hydrate formation is analyzed to improve the gas hydrate formation conditions, increase the gas carrying capacity, reduce energy consumption and reduce the number of pipeline blockages. It has certain reference value for gas field development.
