振动研磨机普遍用于样品加工磨样工序。它具有封闭性能好,工作效率高,一次可同时磨细4~10个样品等特点。通过我们多年使用,发现磨样产品粒度合格率与磨样时间、人磨粒度及入磨矿量之间有着一定的关系,对此我们做了一些试验。 (一)磨样产品粒度合格率与磨样时间的关系我们选用硬度中等偏硬、较难磨(即含铁多)的物料作为试样。入磨粒度为1毫米,入磨量先采用100克,磨样时间分别以6分、8分、10分、12分、14分、16分、18分、20分、22分九个时间级进行试
