我们这些在中学里呆过一些年头的同志,大概都遇到过下面的种种情况: 有些教师,专业修养不错,知识水平不低,但就是“一肚子货色倒不出来”。讲课,或平铺直叙,使同学兴味索然;或杂乱无章,很难听出个头绪;或艰涩深奥,只有少数甚至个别学生才能理解。而另一些老师,专业修养有一些欠缺,知识水平也不见得怎么高,但学生却常常反映他们的教学效果好:深入浅出,一听就懂啊;重点突出,容易记住啊;举一反三,能力提高了。
