6月14日,国务院正式批转印发了《社会保障“十二五”规划纲要》(以下简称《社保规划》)。《社保规划》是社会保障领域第一个国家级专项规划,对“十二五”时期我国社会保障体系建设进行了全方位、系统化的布局和谋划。
