本文介绍了采用X射线荧光光谱分析技术,四硼酸锂熔融制样以及基体影响的经验校正方法测定火力发电厂燃煤及燃烧产物中的二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钛、氧化锰、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钠、五氧化二磷,三氧化硫等十一种常量化合物,其分析精密度和分析准确度均符合化学分析误差要求。
In this paper, the empirical calibration method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, molten tetraborate melt sample preparation and matrix influence is introduced to determine the content of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide in the coal combustion and combustion products of the thermal power plant, Titanium, manganese oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide, sulfur trioxide and other 11 kinds of constant compounds, the analysis of precision and accuracy of the analysis are in line with chemical analysis error requirements.
