王牧天,一九三一十二月出生于山东省滕县善国路一家小手工业者家庭。男,汉族,中共党员,中学特级教师。一九三八年至一九四四年就读于滕县书院小学;一九四四年至一九四七年滕县县立中学;一九四七年至一九四九年,就读于滕县师范;一九四九年八月,在山东省临城县(现为冬庄市薛城)担任小学教师,后又从事文化、宣传工作。一九五六年九月考入曲阜师范学院中文系读书,一九五八年毕业分配至山东省膝县第一中学担任语文教师,达十八年之久。一九七六年十月,调滕县教育局从事教学研究工作,担任教研室主任至今。本人在从事教学和研究工作中,取得一定成果,一九八○年山东省人民政府授予中学特级教师称号。自一九八○年起,担任山东省中学语文教学研究会理事,山东省语法研究会理事,山东省教育科学研究所兼职研究人员,曲卑师大函大兼职教师,枣庄中学语文教学研究会副会长;现为中国作家协会山东分会会员,中国散文诗学会山东分会理事,枣庄市青年诗歌学会名誉会长,枣庄市文联委员。目前,本人正悉心研究如何用“系统论”、“控制论”、“信息论”指导和改革语文教学等专题,关于“三论”用于语文教学的系列文章已确定在《山东教育》杂志今年第七、八、十、十一期陆续发表。
Wang Mutian was born in a small handicraft family in Shanguo Road, Tengxian County, Shandong Province in 1931. Male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, special secondary school teacher. From 1938 to 1944, he attended Tengxian College Primary School; from 1944 to 1947, Tengxian County High School; from 1947 to 1949, he studied at Teng. County teachers; in August 1949, he served as a primary school teacher in Lincheng County, Shandong Province (now Xuecheng City, Dongzhuang City), and later engaged in cultural and promotional work. In September 1956, he was admitted to the Chinese Department of Qufu Normal College. In 1958, he was assigned to serve as a language teacher in the No. 1 Middle School of the Knee Country in Shandong Province for 18 years. In October 1976, the Tuotian County Bureau of Education was engaged in teaching and research and served as director of the teaching and research section. I have achieved certain results in teaching and research work. In 1980, the Shandong Provincial People’s Government granted the title of super junior high school teacher. Since 1980, he has served as a director of the Shandong Province Middle School Language Teaching Research Association, a member of the Shandong Provincial Grammar Research Society, a part-time researcher of the Shandong Provincial Institute of Education Science, a part-time teacher of the Qubei Normal University, and a teacher of Chinese teaching in Zaozhuang Middle School. Vice President; Member of the Shandong Branch of the Chinese Writers Association, Director of the Shandong Branch of the Chinese Prose Poetry Society, Honorary President of the Zaozhuang Youth Poetry Association, and Member of the Zaozhuang Literary Association. At present, I am working diligently to study how to use “systematic theory,” “cybernetics,” and “information theory” to guide and reform Chinese language teaching and other topics. The series of articles on “three theories” used in Chinese language teaching have been identified in Shandong Education magazine this year. The seventh, eighth, tenth and eleventh phases were published one after another.
