目的应用视听整合持续操作测试(IVA-CPT)评估哮喘患儿的持续注意力和反应控制力。方法 90例哮喘患儿,其中哮喘完全控制组30例、部分控制组35例和未控制组25例,健康对照组儿童45例,应用IVA-CPT软件评估其反应控制力和持续注意力。结果 (1)哮喘组的综合注意力商数(FSAQ)、视觉注意力商数(VAQ)、听觉注意力商数(AAQ)、视觉警醒商数(VIG-V)、听觉警醒商数(VIG-A)、视觉速度商数(SPE-V)、听觉速度商数(SPE-A)均低于对照组(P<0.05);哮喘组与对照组的反应控制力商数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)哮喘组儿童VAQ、SPE-A SPE-V、VIG-V和VIG-A异常率高于对照组儿童(P<0.05)。(3)与健康组相比,哮喘未控制组的FSAQ、VAQ、AAQ低于对照组(P<0.05),哮喘部分控制组的FSAQ、VAQ低于对照组(P<0.05)。与完全控制组比,哮喘未控制组儿童的FSAQ、VAQ、AAQ均低于完全控制组儿童(P<0.05),哮喘部分控制组的VAQ低于完全控制组儿童(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿存在持续注意力损害,而且其损害程度与哮喘的控制水平相关联。
Objective To evaluate the sustained attention and responsiveness of children with asthma by using the Audiovisual Integrated Continuous Operation Test (IVA-CPT). Methods Ninety asthmatic children with asthma were randomly divided into control group (n = 30), partial control group (n = 35), uncontrolled group (n = 25) and healthy control group (n = 45). IVA-CPT software was used to evaluate the response control and sustained attention. Results (1) FSAQ, VAQ, AAQ, VIG-V and VIG in the asthma group were significantly higher than those in the asthma group -A, SPE-V and SPE-A were all lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the quotient of the control force between the asthma group and the control group Statistical significance (P> 0.05). (2) The abnormal rates of VAQ, SPE-A SPE-V, VIG-V and VIG-A in children with asthma were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). (3) FSAQ, VAQ and AAQ in asthma control group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05), and those in asthma control group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with the complete control group, the FSAQ, VAQ and AAQ in children with uncontrolled asthma were lower than those in the control children (P <0.05). The VAQ in some asthmatic children was lower than that in the children in the complete control group (P <0.05). Conclusions There is a persistent impairment of attention in children with asthma, and their degree of impairment is associated with a controlled level of asthma.
