目前中小企业普遍采用井式气体渗碳炉进行气体渗碳。如何控制渗碳质量、稳定工艺、缩短渗碳周期,一直是大家所关心的问题。我厂使用井式气体渗碳炉历史较久,在长期生产实践中摸索和掌握了一些使用规律,采取了一些必要的工艺措施,收到了良好效果,使渗碳工艺长期稳定,质量不断提高。现从以下几个环节将我们的做法和体会做一介绍:
