钛在口腔修复领域中的应用越来越多,但其作为烤瓷冠桥修复的金属基底材料,仍存在着钛-瓷结合不理想的问题,限制了其在临床的应用。钛的氧化行为是影响钛-瓷结合力的主要因素,控制钛在高温时的氧化反应是决定钛-瓷修复成败的重要因素。本文就钛-瓷中间层的引入、钛的预氧化处理和钛的辅助气体保护行为对钛-瓷结合力的影响作一综述。
Titanium is more and more used in the field of dental restoration. However, as a metal base material for the restoration of porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns, there is still a problem that the titanium-porcelain combination is not ideal, which limits its clinical application. The oxidation behavior of titanium is the main factor that affects the bond strength of titanium-porcelain. Controlling the oxidation of titanium at high temperature is an important factor that determines the success or failure of titanium-porcelain repair. In this paper, the effects of the introduction of titanium-porcelain interlayer, the pre-oxidation of titanium and the supporting gas of titanium on the bonding strength of titanium-porcelain are reviewed.
