目的 :探讨 VEGF(第 因子或血管内皮因子 )染色在跟腱内微血管分布研究中的应用价值。方法 :取新生儿新鲜尸体 10具 (出生后死亡 1~ 6 d)跟腱 ,VEGF(血管内皮因子 )常规免疫组化染色。结果 :显微镜下可见跟腱内微血管分布于腱束间结缔组织内 ,腱束内无血管。血管内皮被 VEGF(第 因子 )染色后呈棕色。 结论 :VEGF(第 因子 )染色可作为跟腱内微血管分布及定量化研究的、简便、可靠的染色方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of VEGF (factor or vascular endothelial factor) staining in the study of microvascular distribution in the Achilles tendon. Methods: Ten newborn newborns (1 ~ 6 d after birth) were subjected to routine immunohistochemical staining with Achilles tendon and VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor). Results: Microscopically, the microvessels in the Achilles tendon were distributed in the connective tissues between the tendon bundles. There were no blood vessels in the tendon bundles. The vascular endothelium is stained brown with VEGF (factor). Conclusion: VEGF (factor) staining can be used as a simple and reliable staining method for microvascular distribution and quantification in the Achilles tendon.
