柴油机高压共轨喷射系统提高了柴油机的动力性和经济性,降低了排放,故障率低,同时还具有良好的升级能力,使其在汽车和工程机械等领域得到了广泛的应用。但是其组成、结构和控制原理的变化,使得维修门槛和成本较高。本文立足高压共轨喷射系统的工作原理,论述高压共轨喷射系统故障的分析思路与检修方法。
Diesel high-pressure common rail injection system to improve the dynamic and economic diesel engine, reducing emissions, low failure rate, but also has good upgrade capabilities, so that it has been widely used in areas such as automobiles and construction machinery. However, its composition, structure and control principle changes, making the maintenance threshold and higher costs. Based on the working principle of high-pressure common rail injection system, this paper discusses the analysis of high pressure common rail injection system failure analysis and maintenance methods.
