本文介绍采用硅胶H-CMC薄层色谱法分析无机阳离子。据文献报导阳离子的硅胶薄层分离常以硅胶-淀粉为固定相先合成金属络合物、螯合物而后进行层析分离,手续较麻烦。我们在硅胶H-CMC板上直接对阳离子进行薄层色谱定性,并采用打萨腙的氯仿溶液显色,可以一次检出36个离子、方法简便。实验部分 1.试剂:正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸丙酮、硝酸(6N)、三氯甲烷、打萨腙等。 2.试液:5—10(μg/μl)。
