国务院办公厅2月10日正式发布《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》),这是继《九十年代中国食物结构改革与发展纲要》、《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2001-2010年)》之后,我国制定的第三部关于食物与营养发展的纲领性文件。《纲要》立足保障食物有效供给,优化食物结构,强化居民营养改善,绘制出至2020年我国食物与营养发展的新蓝图。
The General Office of the State Council formally released the “Outline for the Development of Food and Nutrition in China (2014-2020)” (“the Outline”) on February 10, following the “Outline for the Reform and Development of China’s Food Structure in the 1990s”, the “Chinese Food And the Outline of Nutrition Development (2001-2010) ”, China formulated the third programmatic document on food and nutrition development. The “Outline” is based on ensuring the effective supply of food, optimizing the food structure, enhancing the nutrition of residents and drawing a new blueprint for the development of food and nutrition in China by 2020.
