针对两种不同类型的客车侧翻仿真结果存在较大差异的问题,探讨客车有限元模型对仿真结果的影响,运用Hyper Works和LS-DYNA软件,对客车侧翻CAE模型进行分析,并对侧翻仿真结果进行比较,得出在涉及大位移、大应变的非线性动力学分析中,有限元模型质量的优劣对侧翻仿真结果的影响是明显的。为了切合实际情况,获得更加真实的计算结果,为客车上部结构的设计与改进提供理论依据,对客车有限元模型的质量提出必要的要求。
In view of the big difference between the two different types of passenger car rollover simulation results, the influence of the bus finite element model on the simulation results is discussed. The HyperWorks and LS-DYNA software are used to analyze the passenger rollover CAE model, Compared with simulation results, it is concluded that the influence of the quality of finite element model on the simulation results of rollover is obvious in nonlinear dynamic analysis involving large displacement and large strain. In order to meet the actual conditions and obtain more realistic calculation results, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the superstructure of passenger cars and puts forward the necessary requirements on the quality of the finite element models of passenger cars.
