通过金相分析、力学性能测试以及断口扫描等方法研究药皮组分对FV520(B)焊接接头组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:碱性焊条焊接的焊缝组织以过时效马氏体为主,基体上弥散析出沉淀相,少量沉淀相颗粒开始聚集球化,接头塑韧性较好,强度较高;而酸性焊条焊接的焊缝组织出现黑白分明的两种区域性组织,部分组织保持马氏体形貌,基体上可见较多析出相,聚集球化明显,而且相对碱性焊条的接头性能,酸性焊条的接头综合力学性能较差。另外,药皮组分中合金元素的添加可以有效地提高接头的塑韧性,但是接头强度会有所降低。
The effects of coating components on the microstructure and mechanical properties of FV520 (B) welded joints were studied by means of metallographic analysis, mechanical properties testing and fracture scanning. The results show that the microstructure of the welding seam with alkaline welding rod is mainly over-aged martensite, the precipitated phase is dispersedly precipitated on the matrix, a small amount of precipitated phase particles begin to aggregate and spheroidize, the plasticity and toughness of the joint are better and the strength is higher; Of the weld appears two distinct regional black and white, some organizations maintain the martensite morphology, the matrix can be seen more precipitated phase, aggregate spheroidization, and the relative alkaline electrode joint performance, acidic electrode joint synthesis Mechanical performance is poor. In addition, the addition of alloying elements in the coating composition can effectively improve the plasticity and toughness of the joint, but the joint strength will be reduced.
