On September 15, a seminar and policy briefing for Ningxia inland open economy pilot zone held in Ningxia Yinchuan Seaview Hotel ignited the attention of more than 300 guests on Ningxia. It is reported that Ningxia has stood at the forefront of the strategy of opening up to the west for the first time since the country approved the establishment of the largest inland open area and the first inland open economy pilot zone covering the whole province in 2012.
