袁国琴,张家港市语文学科教改带头人,中小学高级教师。她先后获得“张家港市先进个人”“张家港市首届师德标兵”“江苏省优秀教育工作者”等荣誉称号。现任江苏省张家港市沙洲小学校长。“把微笑献给学生,把掌声送给学生,把自信带给学生”是她的教育格言。她熟练从事小学语文学科循环教学工作,在深谙小学语文教学真谛的同时,逐步形成了重感悟、重积累、重情趣的教学特色。她游刃有余的课堂驾驭能力和深得学生喜欢的教学风格与艺术,让同行佩服不已。
