介绍了锆合金管材常温闭端爆破试验的装置及试样的三种高压封闭方法,经对试样的爆破试验,证明该装置及试样夹具能够满足测试要求。全夹具机械封闭方式具有经济、效率高等优点,但实验结果与焊接封闭方式的结果有明显差异。
This paper introduces three kinds of high-pressure sealing methods for the closed-end burst test of zirconium alloy tube at ambient temperature and blasting test of the sample to prove that the device and the sample holder can meet the test requirements. Full fixture with mechanical closure has the advantages of economy, high efficiency, but the experimental results and the results of the welding closure have significant differences.
