为促进缓解近些年岁末年初出现的企业用工短缺现象,福建省各级人社和有关部门主动作为,从政策推动、信息提供、搭建平台、建立机制等方面,进一步做好企业用工服务。目前,福建省用工高峰已经基本告一段落,人力资源市场求人倍率降至1.25左右,并呈逐月下降趋势。记者专访了福建省人社厅就业和失业保险处魏香金处长。
In order to promote the alleviation of the shortage of employment of enterprises in the end of the year, the people's communes and social organizations at all levels in Fujian Province and relevant departments take the initiative to further improve their employment services in terms of policy promotion, information provision, platform building and establishment of mechanisms.
