在21世纪教育当先的时代背景下,因幼儿时期作为奠定一个人教育和文化基础的关键期,幼儿教育也被推上了风口浪尖。在幼儿教育改革的浪潮中,世界各国不断将蒙台梭利幼儿教育模式融入到自身的幼儿教育实践中,我国也于1994年开始引进该模式,并取得了一定的成绩。但是,也着实产生了诸如追求形式、过度追逐经济效益、盲目跟风、缺乏“真师”的问题,只有真正把握蒙台梭利教育的实质,回归其本源教育目的,实现其在我国的本土化,并培养真正的蒙台梭利教育的老师才能切实发挥它的作用,促进幼儿教育事业的健康发展。
Under the background of the 21st century education first, early childhood education has also been put on the cusp because of the crucial period of early childhood, which laid the foundation for one’s education and culture. In the tidal wave of early childhood education reform, all countries in the world have continuously incorporated the Montessori preschool education model into their own early childhood education practice. China started to introduce this model in 1994 and achieved some success. However, problems such as the pursuit of form, excessively chasing economic benefits, blindly following the trend and lacking of “real teacher” have indeed come into existence. Only by truly understanding the essence of Montessori education, returning to its original educational purpose and achieving its goal in our country Localization and training of true Montessori education teachers can effectively play its role and promote the healthy development of early childhood education.
