目的通过3种采样方法对呼吸机管道经化学或机械物理消毒后采样细菌进行培养,研究呼吸机管道消毒效果监测最佳采样方法。方法将使用后的72套呼吸机管道随机分成2组,甲组采用手工清洗、2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸浸泡消毒;乙组采用自动清洗机清洗热力消毒。两组管道均分别采用浅部涂擦、灌洗、深部涂擦3种方法采样,送微生物实验室细菌培养,对消毒效果进行验证。结果甲、乙两组检测合格率分别为:浅部涂擦法97.22%、100%;灌洗法97.22%、100%;深部涂擦法72.22%、91.67%。结论不同采样方法对呼吸机管道消毒效果评价存在差异,用深部涂擦采样法能较为客观地反映呼吸机管道的消毒效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the best sampling method for monitoring the disinfection effect of ventilator pipelines by three kinds of sampling methods to culture the ventilator pipelines after chemical or mechanical disinfection. Methods 72 ventilator ducts after use were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was manually cleaned and soaked with 2 000 mg / L peracetic acid. Group B was cleaned by heat and disinfected by automatic washing machine. The two groups of pipelines were superficial smear, lavage, deep rubbed three methods of sampling, sent to the microbial culture of laboratory bacteria to verify the disinfection effect. Results A, B two test pass rates were: superficial smear method 97.22%, 100%; lavage 97.22%, 100%; deep rubbing method 72.22%, 91.67%. Conclusion Different sampling methods have different effects on the disinfection of ventilator ducts. The deep smear sampling method can objectively reflect the disinfection effect of ventilator ducts.
