3月上旬,南通市老年大学召开校领导班子会议,认真学习了中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅下发的《关于进一步加强和改进离退休干部工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)、中组部负责人就学习贯彻《意见》问题的答记者问,结合南通市的实际,展开了深入讨论,全面领会和准确把握文件精神,统一思想,深化认识,切实增强贯彻执行的自觉性。归纳起来,主要有如下学习体会:
