本文对Zr—2.5Nb合金在高温水和蒸汽中影响腐蚀的因素进行一些初步研究。实验证明:热处理对本合金的腐蚀起着决定性作用,表面状况及了腐蚀介质也有明显影响。360℃水中长达700天的腐蚀表明,合适热处理的Zr—2.5Nb合金的氧化增重比Zr—4稍大;400℃蒸汽中腐蚀250天的Zr—2.5Nb合金仍具有粘附氧化膜;300℃压水腐蚀也出现可喜的结果。文中分析并讨论了诸影响因素的本质。
In this paper, Zr-2.5Nb alloy in high temperature water and steam corrosion factors in some preliminary study. Experiments show that: heat treatment of the alloy corrosion plays a decisive role, the surface conditions and the corrosive media also have a significant impact. The corrosion of Zr-2.5Nb alloy at 360 ℃ for 700 days shows that the oxidation weight loss of Zr-2.5Nb alloy is slightly larger than that of Zr-4Ni alloy at 400 ℃ for 250 days. 300 ℃ pressure water corrosion also gratifying results. The article analyzes and discusses the essence of various influencing factors.
