目的 对临床诊断为男性不育症患者进行细胞遗传学分析 ,探讨男性不育症与染色体之间的关系。方法 常规方法制备外周血染色体标本 ,G、C显带 ,部分病例做了银染技术。结果 对男性不育患者 40 8例进行染色体核型分析 ,共发现 43例异常 ;异常核型大多数为克氏症 ,(47,XXY ;Klinefeltersyndrome 47) ,4例为较罕见的核型。结论 染色体异常 ,尤其是性染色体数目和结构的异常是造成男性不育的重要原因。
Objective To analyze the cytogenetics of clinically diagnosed male infertility and to explore the relationship between male infertility and chromosomes. Methods Peripheral blood chromosomal specimens were prepared by conventional methods. G and C bands were prepared. Silver staining was performed in some cases. Results Forty-eight cases of male infertility were analyzed by chromosome karyotype. A total of 43 abnormalities were found. Most of the abnormal karyotypes were Kirschner’s disease (47, XXY; Klinefeltersyndrome 47). Four cases were rare karyotypes. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities, especially the number of sex chromosomes and structural abnormalities, are the major causes of male infertility.
