在不久前结束的第四届CCPS中国过程安全会议上,中国化学品安全协会秘书长路念明表示,当前我国危险化学品安全形势依然严峻,确保危险化学品安全的关键因素是运用好先进的安全管理技术与方法,提升本质安全水平。只有全面系统地了解化工过程安全技术及管理理论和方法,并结合生产实际应用到位,才能应对千变万化的化工生产安全问题。
At the Fourth CCPS China Process Safety Conference, which was recently concluded, Lu Mingming, secretary general of China Chemical Safety Association, said that at present, the security situation of hazardous chemicals in China is still grim. The key factor to ensure the safety of hazardous chemicals is to make good use of advanced Safety management techniques and methods to enhance the level of intrinsic safety. Only a comprehensive and systematic understanding of chemical process safety technology and management theory and methods, combined with practical application of production in place in order to respond to ever-changing chemical production safety issues.
