本文论述了Co_7Mo_8Cr_4W_2V_2钢(代号 GR_2钢)的热处理工艺对其组织性能的影响。适当的热处理,可使 GR2钢具有超硬耐磨特性的同时又具备足够的韧性和良好的加工性等综合性能。因此该钢种在用于制作高级精密超硬轧辊、精密冷热模具、高温冲针和其它要求高的加工工具,显出良好的使用效果。本文并对钢的强化相和辉光离子氮化表面化合层进行了金相和 X射线衍射等分析,对其强化机理作了初步探讨。
This article describes the Co_7Mo_8Cr_4W_2V_2 steel (code GR_2 steel) heat treatment process on the organizational performance. Appropriate heat treatment, GR2 steel can have superhard wear-resistant properties at the same time have enough toughness and good processability and other comprehensive performance. Therefore, the steel used in the production of high-precision fine hard roll, precision hot and cold molds, high temperature red needles and other demanding processing tools, showing good results. In this paper, metallurgical and X-ray diffraction analysis of the strengthened phase and glow-ionized nitrided surface layer of steel were carried out, and the strengthening mechanism was discussed.
