长春碱类 (ＶＡ)抗肿瘤药是从夹竹桃科植物长春花中分离得到的具有抗癌活性的一类生物碱 ,近年来出现的长春花碱碱酰胺 (ＶＤＳ)和去甲长春花碱 (ＮＶＢ)被广泛用于临床。各类文章多次报道以ＮＶＢ为主的联合化疗及以ＶＤＳ为主的联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌皆收到满意疗效。
The vinblastine (VA) antineoplastic agent is a class of alkaloids with anticancer activity isolated from the vinca flower of the Apocynaceae family. In recent years, vinblastine amide (VDS) and norevinvine have appeared. (NVB) is widely used clinically. Various articles have repeatedly reported that NVB-based combination chemotherapy and VDS-based combination chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer received satisfactory results.
