近两年,根据管理体制“专业化、扁平化和规范化”的工作要求,公司基本完成了“公司-管理部-装置(车间)”三级管理模式及专业化集中管理的调整工作,初步建立了与社会主义市场经济要求相适应、符合公司实际的管理体制。今年,为及时跟踪专业管理体制的实施效果,督促、协调各专业化集中管理单位加快资源优化和整合工作,提高专业化管理能力和服务质量,持续提升专业管理效率、优化管理体制,公司对前期15项专业管理体制调整组织实施了后评估工作。
