2017年是国家实施“十三五”规划的重要一年、推进供给侧结构性改革的深化之年,也是淮北矿业落实第五次党代会精神、加速推进转型升级的关键之年。这是推动矿区更好更快发展的重要决策,是实现矿区跨越式发展目标的战略之举。尤其是人力资源、管控模式等十项工作管理创新的推进,给矿区的改革、发展和稳定带来了崭新的局面。新的发展形势,对矿区工会干部提出了新的要求,提高各级工会干部在新形势下的综合素质,就显得极为重要。
2017 is an important year for the implementation of the “13th Five-Year Plan” by the state and the deepening year of structural reform on the supply side. It is also the crucial year for Huaibei Mining to implement the spirit of the Fifth Party Congress and accelerate the transformation and upgrading. This is an important decision to promote a better and faster development of the mining area and a strategic move to achieve the leap-forward development goal of the mining area. In particular, the promotion of ten work management innovations such as human resources and management and control modes has brought a brand-new situation to the reform, development and stability of the mining area. The new development situation has put forward new requirements to the trade unions cadres in the mining areas and it has become extremely important that the trade unions cadres at all levels raise the overall quality under the new situation.
