沙河口区初级卫生保健站,下设16个初保所分散在16个街道,在药品管理方面存在着很多的困难和问题。如因各所之间相互借药品不能及时转账,购进药品无调拨单就卖出,或盘点药品不准确等原因,造成库存药品金额与账面金额不相符,使药品管理混乱。这是目前绝大多数医疗单位最头痛、最难管理也是弊病最大的问题。针对以上存在的情况,我站从1995年7月份开始将“药库药品”和16个所的“药房药品”纳入了微机管理。具体做法如下:
