员工紧缺,眼下已经成了一些餐馆老板最头痛的问题。为什么会缺?这与社会大环境分不开,不过我们餐饮行业自身的某些弊端,恐怕才是最大的原因。比如,从业人员工作时间长、休假少、工资偏低、伙食差、劳动强度大等等。现在许多餐馆老板并没有从自身找原因,他们只是一味地抱怨自己的员工眼高手低。还有一些餐馆老板仍抱着老观念,不但没想过怎么提高员工的福利,倒是成天都在克扣员工。前不久,小编在一个厨师朋友的微博上,就发现了一个我们餐饮业里最牛的辞职批复程序。这位厨师的微博也引起了更多人的转播和关注,其中还包括他的两位同事。像他提到的这类事情,虽说目前在餐饮业内并不多见,但却有一定的代表性。我们在与这位朋友联系后,选取了微博上的部分内容,稍加编辑后刊发,我们希望这类事情能引起更多餐饮人的关注。各位朋友,如果您对这件事有什么看法,请发邮件至scprwsw@163.com。——编者
