试验旨在研究不同比例青贮甘蔗尾(SS)与青贮玉米秸秆(CS)组合对奶水牛体外产气的影响。以不同添加剂处理的青贮甘蔗尾(SS1、SS2、SS3)和CS为原料,发酵底物的精粗比为46(DM),每种SS分别以0%(对照组)、25%、50%、75%和100%代替底物中的CS。结果表明:(1)SS组合CS,96 h累积产气量随着SS比例增加而升高,其中含SS3组96 h累积产气量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)含SS1、SS2组可消化有机物与对照组比差异不显著(P>0.05),但随着SS1或SS2添加有升高趋势。SS3组合CS,可消化有机物和代谢能均高于SS3组,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,SS组合CS对奶水牛瘤胃发酵具有促进作用,适宜比例组合能提高瘤胃消化代谢率。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different combinations of silage sugarcane tail (SS) and silage corn stover (CS) on gas production in milk buffaloes in vitro. The silage sugarcane tail (SS1, SS2, SS3) and CS with different additives were used as raw materials. The SSR of the fermentation substrate was 46 (DM). Each SS was treated with 0% (control), 25% , 75% and 100% of the CS in the substrate. The results showed that: (1) The cumulative gas production of CS at 96 h increased with the increase of SS ratio, and the cumulative gas production at 96 h in SS3 group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). (2) SS2 group digestible organic matter compared with the control group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), but with the SS1 or SS2 addition increased. SS3 combined CS, digestible organic matter and metabolic energy were higher than SS3 group, and significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Therefore, SS combined with CS can promote ruminal fermentation in milk cow, suitable proportion combination can improve rumen digestion and metabolism rate.
