《广东化工》第五届编委会成立大会暨第一次全体会议于1996年3月8日在省重化厅召开,参加会议的有省重化厅领导、各协办单位负责人、编委会成员、《广东化工》特约通讯员、特约撰稿人及编辑部人员共72人,28家协办单位派员参加了这次会议。会议由广东省重化工业厅科技质量处邓兰冠处长主持,刘识今厅长到会并发表了重要讲话,就办好杂志提出了几点希望:一、各级领导要重视;二、探索并建立新的办刊机制;三、刊物质量要上新台阶;四、杂志要扩展服务功能,积极发挥其在行业管理上的作用。本屇编委会主任委员何钦生副厅长在会上做了“认真办好《广东化工》,推进我省石化工业再上新台阶”的工作报告,何副厅长在报告中 “Guangdong Chemical Industry,” the fifth session of the Editorial Board of the founding assembly and the first plenary session on March 8, 1996 held in the provincial Department of heavy, attended the meeting of the Provincial Department of heavy and chemical industry leadership, co-organizers responsible person, Editorial Board Members, “Guangdong Chemical” special correspondent, contributing writer and editorial staff a total of 72 people, 28 co-organizers sent staff to attend the meeting.
